Abigail, an honors graduate from Northeastern University in Boston, holds a bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in Spanish. During her time at Northeastern, she earned recognition for her academic achievements, receiving both the Dean's Scholarship and the President's Award. She then received her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant degree from Emory University in Atlanta,  graduating with high honors.

While in school, Abigail served in a number of healthcare-related positions, including as a physical/occupational therapy aide at the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network Outpatient Center in Medford, Mass., and as a patient care associate at Brigham & Women’s Hospital Center for Clinical Investigation in Boston. She also worked as a certified nursing assistant at the North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Boston, and most recently served as a professional caretaker at Cuidado Ebenezer in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Abigail holds certifications in basic and advanced cardiac life support and as a home health aide. She is a member of the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants (GAPA) and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and is fluent in Spanish.

She joined East Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates in 2024.
