Alana is a magna cum laude graduate of Rice University in Houston, Texas. She received her masters degree from Emory University’s Physician Assistant Program where she received the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award, the Medical Writing Award, and was named to the Pi Alpha Honor Society.
Alana is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She joined Dekalb Gastroenterology Associates in 2014 and sees patients both in the Decatur office and at Emory Decatur Hospital.
