Courtney Weeks is a graduate from the University of Georgia in Athens, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Master of Science in Food and Nutrition. After practicing as a clinical dietitian for several years, she went on to complete a second master’s degree through the Augusta University Physician Assistant Program, where she received the Faculty Merit Award.

Courtney previously served as a clinical dietitian at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital and Pruitt Health. In 2015, she was named Outstanding Dietetic Intern Student of the Year by the Georgia Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Courtney is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is a member of Georgia Association of Physician Assistants and is certified in advanced cardiac life support and basic life support. She joined Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates in 2021.
