Sam graduated cum laude from The University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in biology. In addition, she earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Mercer University in Atlanta, Ga. Most recently, Sam worked as a medical assistant for Georgia Skin Cancer & Aesthetic Dermatology in Watkinsville, Ga.
Sam has a passion for giving back and has volunteered for Compassionate Care Hospice and Mercy Health Center in Athens, Ga. Sam is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds certifications in both basic and advanced cardiac life support from the American Red Cross.
