Dr. Hazan received his Medical Degree from St. George's University in Grenada, West Indies. He completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine as well as a Gastroenterology fellowship at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan. He also completed advanced training in Endoscopic Ultrasound and Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography during a 4th year fellowship in Milwaukee, WI at St. Luke's Hospital.

Dr. Hazan joined Gastroenterology Associates of SW Florida in 2010.
