Susie Phelps, AGNP-C

Sue is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from the College of Graduate Studies at Augusta University and her nurse practitioner certification in adult gerontology from South University in Savannah. Sue began her medical career as a staff nurse in the cardiology unit at Piedmont Athens Regional hospital. She then served as a staff nurse and EP cardiac nurse navigator at the Piedmont Heart Institute and most recently was a staff nurse in the cardiac cath lab at Piedmont Athens Regional. She joined Gastroenterology Associates of Athens in 2022.
