Areas of Interest

Eliana is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and provides compassionate care to each one of her patients. A native of North Carolina, her clinical interests include celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, and hepatobiliary and pancreaticobiliary diseases, as well as weight loss and women's digestive health. 

Eliana was drawn to GI because of the vast scope of the specialty. She brings hospital-based experience caring for patients with complex conditions and previously served as a physician assistant at both Beaufort Memorial Hospital in South Carolina and Landmark Hospital in Savannah. 

She provides care at The Center for Digestive & Liver Health’s Pooler clinic.

Married and the mother of one son, Eliana enjoys spending time with friends and familybeing outdoors, walking, and playing with her two rescue dogs.

I have experience with critical patients suffering from a large portion of GI issues. I was always interested in how the same disease can affect different patients in different ways. I enjoy learning new information, and with the vast scope of gastroenterology, I feel like I will always be learning more and developing myself as a provider.
