Alexandra Puchan, PA-C

Alexandra earned her Bachelor of Science in health with a minor in health education, graduating magna cum laude from the University of North Florida. Prior to becoming a physician assistant, she gained valuable experience as a medical scribe in ENT and emergency medicine settings, strengthening her clinical documentation skills and deepening her understanding of healthcare decision-making.  

Alexandra went on to earn her Master of Medical Science in physician assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She also holds certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Gastroenterology & Hepatology Advanced Practice Providers (GHAPP) association. 

Passionate about serving her community, Alexandra has a long history of volunteer work, including assisting with sports physicals for underserved high school athletes, providing health education to underserved communities, and participating in mobile clinics during a medical service trip to Peru.  

She joined Associates in Digestive Health in 2025.
