Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), Alison Miller is a dedicated physician assistant committed to providing high-quality digestive health care. Her clinical interests include managing exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, eosinophilic esophagitis, and hepatobiliary diseases, as well as providing comprehensive care for general gastroenterology conditions. 

Before joining United Digestive, Alison worked as a pediatric gastroenterology physician assistant at GI Care for Kids and Children’s Hospital of Atlanta. In this role, she managed complex inpatient cases, collaborated with a team of 17 physicians, and performed specialized procedures including gastrostomy tube placements, dilations, and bridle placements. She has also been involved in clinical research, co-authoring a publication on eosinophilic esophagitis in Clinical Advisor. 

Passionate about patient-centered care and education, Alison is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and ensuring the best possible digestive health for her patients.

Outside of work, Alison enjoys cooking, working out, playing tennis, and attending live music events. An Atlanta native, she appreciates staying connected to her local roots. 

After working in pediatric gastroenterology to obtain hours prior to PA school, I absolutely fell in love with how diverse the field is encompassing multiple organs.
