Dr. Dany Shamoun provides comprehensive gastroenterology care with more than 20 years of experience treating a wide range of digestive and liver conditions. His clinical focus includes advanced endoscopic procedures and the management of complex gastrointestinal diseases.

Dr. Shamoun has extensive experience treating conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), Crohn’s disease, colitis, liver disease, and precancerous gastrointestinal conditions. He specializes in advanced endoscopic techniques, including endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) with fine-needle biopsy, and the treatment of Barrett’s esophagus and colon polyps. He also performs radiofrequency ablation (RFA) for Barrett’s esophagus to help reduce the risk of progression to esophageal cancer.

Dr. Shamoun is known for his thorough, patient-centered approach and focus on clear communication and individualized care. He sees patients at Gastroenterology of Greater Orlando locations in Orange City, Lake Mary, DeLand, and Daytona.
