Deryck Joseph, MD

UNITED DIGESTIVE PARTNER PRACTICE

Board certified in gastroenterology, Dr. Deryck Joseph has more than three decades of experience caring for patients with digestive diseases. A native of Trinidad, he has spent much of his career in hospital-based gastroenterology, providing expert evaluation and treatment for hospitalized patients with complex GI conditions. Most recently, he served as a gastroenterologist at UAB St. Vincent's Hospital in Birmingham.

In addition to general gastroenterology, Dr. Joseph has a special interest in colon cancer prevention and screening, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), celiac disease, dysphagia, eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), gastrointestinal bleeding, small bowel disorders, and stomach ulcers.

As part of the Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates team, Dr. Joseph provides inpatient gastroenterology care at Northside Gwinnett Hospital.
