Dr. Elizabeth Craig is a gastroenterologist at The Center for Digestive & Liver Health. She specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of digestive conditions and is passionate about improving quality of life through comprehensive, patient-centered care. Dr. Craig sees patients at the practice’s Savannah and Pooler, GA locations. 

Her clinical interests include colon cancer screening, constipation, diarrhea, and general gastroenterology. Known for her approachable and thorough care, Dr. Craig takes time to help patients feel informed, supported, and actively involved in their treatment. 

Dr. Craig has contributed to the field of gastroenterology through research and publications on endoscopic procedures, complex digestive disorders, and gastrointestinal complications. She is committed to helping patients across the Savannah area manage chronic GI issues, find answers to troubling symptoms, and stay proactive about their digestive health.

Born in Georgia, Dr. Craig enjoys spending her free time riding horses, offshore fishing, traveling, and relaxing at the beach. Her favorite foods include pizza, pasta, cheese dip, and low country boil. She’s a fan of Georgia Bulldogs football and enjoys listening to music by Luke Combs, Chris Stapleton, and Kings of Leon.

I was drawn to GI during medical school and residency thanks to incredible mentors who inspired me with their clinical skills and patient-centered care.
