After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in nursing from The University of Iowa College of Nursing, Jung Min served as a hematology oncology RN at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics before moving to Georgia, where she worked as a medical oncology RN at Northside Hospital Forsyth in Cumming. Jung Min went on to complete her Master of Science in nursing at Emory University Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing and most recently worked as a primary care nurse practitioner at North Atlanta Primary Care in Cumming, Ga.

Jung Min is certified as an adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is also certified in basic life support by the American Heart Association and holds an oncology certified nurse (OCN) certification.

She belongs to several professional organizations, including the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and Sigma Theta Tau, the international honor society of nursing.

I volunteer as a youth group teacher at church.
