Dr. Leonard Flescher is a board-certified gastroenterologist with more than 30 years of experience helping people manage digestive health issues. He has cared for patients across Florida in private practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics.
His clinical interests span colon cancer prevention, inflammatory bowel disease, acid reflux, Barrett’s esophagus, Crohn’s disease, GERD, hemorrhoid treatment, liver conditions and disease, pancreatic disorders and diseases, and ulcerative colitis. In addition to clinical practice, he has contributed to several peer-reviewed publications on pancreatic disease, achalasia, and other topics.

Dr. Flescher enjoys tennis, biking, swimming, snow skiing, and traveling abroad. He also loves to cook and experiment in the kitchen, with a particular fondness for Italian and Japanese cuisine. A lifelong music enthusiast, he especially enjoys hits from the 1970s and 1980s. He’s also an avid fan of all major New York sports teams. Dr. Flescher is married and has two grown children.
