Martina is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia in Athens where she received her bachelor’s degree from the college of public health. She then earned her master’s degree in medical science from Mercer University’s physician assistant program.

Before starting her career as a physician assistant, Martina served as a certified medical assistant at the Community Care Clinic in Athens, as well as an in-home personal care assistant for an individual with congenital muscular dystrophy.

She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants, and she is a certified health education specialist. In addition, she also holds certifications in both basic and advanced cardiac life support.

Martina joined Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates in 2020.
