Ramsha earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Emory University and her Master of Science in physician assistant studies from Brenau University in Gainesville, Ga , where she was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. She served as a clinical research intern at Stanford School of Medicine’s Dept. of Radiology and worked with patients at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital. During her time at Stanford, she co-authored a book chapter for Molecular Imaging: An Introduction, published by Cambridge University Press.

Ramsha's clinical experience spans various medical settings, including family medicine, urgent care, and specialized care. She has a strong background in providing direct patient care, particularly to underserved communities, including her work with Good News Clinic & Community Helping Hands.

Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals, and she has co-authored award-winning abstracts, including one that received the RAHSR Harvey L. Neiman award from Emory University. In addition to her clinical expertise, Ramsha is certified in basic life support. She joined Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates in 2024.

Why Gastroenterology?

My passion for GI stems from seeing loved ones struggle with chronic issues. During PA school, my GI rotation solidified my interest. I'm driven to help patients overcome digestive challenges and improve their quality of life.
