Vanessa Bridgeman is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of combined nursing experience. Originally from Vietnam, she immigrated to the US in 2002 and promptly enrolled in nursing school. She spent four years at Byrdine F. Lewis School of Nursing and Health Professions at Georgia State University and eventually received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After graduating, she began working various nursing roles as a Nurse Clinician level III, Charge Nurse, and Nurse Preceptor. She later returned to school and received her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and graduated with high honors from School of Nursing Walden University.

She has worked with many key hospitals in the Metro Atlanta area, such as Grady Memorial Hospital, DeKalb Medical Center, and Emory University Hospital, specializing mainly in the Critical Care Department. Vanessa Bridgeman maintains several professional affiliations and is a member of Golden Key membership, and American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and American College of Gastroenterology (ACG).
