Dr. Vishal Gupta is the founder of Gastroenterology of Greater Orlando, now part of the United Digestive network. He established the practice in 2006 with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered digestive care to the Central Florida community.

Dr. Gupta treats a wide range of gastrointestinal and liver conditions, including GERD, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), colorectal cancer, hepatitis C, and pancreatic and liver disorders. He has a special interest in motility disorders such as IBS, gastroparesis, and bacterial overgrowth, and is recognized for his work in advancing GI research and therapies.

Known for his thoughtful, thorough approach, Dr. Gupta focuses on accurate diagnosis, evidence-based treatment, and helping patients clearly understand their condition and care plan. He sees patients across all Gastroenterology of Greater Orlando locations, including Orange City, Lake Mary, DeLand, Oviedo, and Daytona.
