    • Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

    • Complete the intake form sent via text or email 10-14 days before your procedure.
    • Confirm your appointment via the text prompt sent 5 days prior.

    • Arrange for a driver to stay on-site during your procedure.
    • Arrive 1 hour before your appointment.
    • Review your confirmation email to verify appointment details.
    • Complete check-in the day of your appointment.
    • Ensure your device and internet connection meet technical requirements.
    • Join the virutal visit 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

    No Show / Cancellation Policy

    If you are unable to keep your appointment or procedure, please reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a $25 fee for a missed appointment and a $75 fee for a missed procedure.
